What an awesome session I had with these 4 rescue pups! Meet Kennedy, Lennon, Luna, and Harry!  Kennedy and Lennon are White Shepherd mixes. Luna is a Husky and Harry is a St. Bernard. We photographed this super fun session right here in Dublin. Kelly and George were so kick back and it’s so important at a dog session to be so relaxed as your dogs will pick up on what you’re feeling. It was literally like just hanging out with friends and thats exactly what I want my sessions to feel like. All the images are so natural and captured the personality of the each dogs so perfectly. We were lucky to get super aesthesestic backgrounds… including gorgeous blooming tulips, along with the gorgeous stream and fun wooden architecture in the bridge. The perfect backdrops for a springtime shoot. 

It was important for Kelly and George to have a session as they wanted to capture great memories of all their pups and each personality was so different. “They all love each other and get along really well. Harry is just really iconic looking, Lennon is so happy and just wants to please, Luna is so lovingly and Kennedy is like a well mannered princess.” ~ Kelly

She could not have been more on target with that description of all of them. What really made the session was the candid personality shots we did at the end of their session. These are always fun, because it captures that silly essence of being a dog. Taken at their level and just fun!

We stepped way out after this session and since Kelly fell in love with so many images, we decided together to create a gallery wall. It’s gorgeous and offers a full wall display of framed prints in so many various sizes. But more importantly it tells the story of who this family is and clearly shows their love for their dogs. The most important thing for me to offer clients is a way to enjoy their pets images everyday and just give them something to make them smile.

I know every time they are in that room, they will be able to just sit back, enjoy so many gorgeous images and be brought right back to that awesome day we all had, just creating gorgeous memories of their furkids!
