The SDP
DOG PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE

The bond you share with your dog deserves portraits that capture both of you, exactly as you are right now.

THANK YOU.

I'm glad you reached out. You're here because something shifted. Maybe it's a little more gray around the muzzle, or a morning walk that's gotten slower than it used to be. Maybe it's a new pup that you've just welcomed into your world. Maybe nothing happened at all, you just looked at your dog one day and thought, I want to remember exactly this. Either way, I'm glad you're here.

I started Simply Dog Photography after losing my own dog Tango. I wished so badly I had real portraits of him, not just phone photos buried in a folder I never opened. I built this business so other dog parents wouldn't carry that same regret.

If that's any part of why you reached out, stay and hang out awhile!

LET'S CONNECT

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before we get into any of the details, I want this to feel like the right fit, for you and for your dog.

Take a look at everything here. When you're ready to reach out, here's what happens. I'll ask a few questions about your dog, what you're hoping to walk away with, and anything I should know before we meet. Energy level, what makes him nervous, what makes him light up. You have my full permission to Gush!

I want to know what your dog does the second you pick up the leash, what makes him tilt his head, whether he's the type to flop dramatically into a sunbeam or never sit still for a second. All of it helps me show up already knowing your dog a little, instead of meeting a stranger.

We'll hop on a quick call just to answer any last questions. We'll select a session date, planning session date and get you booked.

Heirloom

PRODUCTS

The Perfect Way To Remember What Matters Most

There's a difference between images you have and images you live with.

Heirloom products exist for that exact reason. A fine art album on the coffee table gets picked up on a random Tuesday for no reason at all, just to find the page where she's leaning into your leg with that look you can never get her to do on command.

A framed print in the hallway catches you every single day on your way out the door, that exact head tilt stopping you for half a second even when you're running late.

A keepsake box gets opened again and again, year after year, because some days you just want to see him exactly as he was.

Everything I offer is sourced from labs and makers I trust and are the very best in the industry. The materials are archival, the craftsmanship is the kind that holds up for a lifetime, and every product is something I'd put in my own home.

Modern Albums

The Thing Everyone Reaches For.

I'm a big believer that images aren't meant to live only in a digital space.

Instagram will fade. Phones get replaced. Even the online gallery I deliver will go quiet someday.

The real moment isn't the day you get it. It's years from now, when you sit down and open it, and you're right back there. That look-back over his shoulder right before he'd take off running. The way he used to flop into a sunbeam like he owned it. How fast it all went.

That's why an album matters so much. It's the thing every client ends up pulling off the shelf to show someone, not the thing that sits forgotten.

It lays flat, modern and clean, beautiful enough to leave open on a coffee table or a mantel instead of tucked away in a closet.

Archival, custom, made by hand, because something that's going to hold a memory like that deserves to be made well.

Wall Portraits

The wall you walk past every single day.

There's a moment from this session that's too good for a phone screen. It belongs on your actual wall.

Think about what that looks like in five years. Ten. You walking past it every morning, half awake, and that look only he gives you. Some mornings you won't even notice it consciously, it'll just be part of the house, the way the light hits the kitchen or the creak in the third stair. Other mornings, especially as he gets older, you'll stop. Really look. Feel something shift in your chest for a second. Then keep moving with your coffee.

That's what I love about wall art. It's not something you ordered once and filed away. It's something that gets to live with you, season after season, watching your dog get a little grayer in the photo as he gets a little grayer in real life, until one day it's the thing you stand in front of and just breathe.

Metal, acrylic, canvas, framed. Whatever fits your space, we'll find it together.

Location Inspiration

Yes, location is part of the story.

Rustic / Natural

Wide open spaces, golden hour fields, dramatic skies, great for summer sessions.

Quaint Downtown

Cobblestone corners, string lights, that small-town character everywhere you look.

Lakeside Trails / Water Views

Quiet shoreline, soft natural light, room for a good run before we settle in. Great for water dogs.

SESSION FEES

Your session fee of $495 covers the time, planning, and care that goes into images you and your dog will love for years to come. Every session starts with a real planning session, where we talk through wardrobe, location, and exactly how to prep your dog for the day.

Sessions run, on average, about 90 minutes on location, somewhere picked specifically for your dog's personality and energy, with full editing on every image we capture. After that, we meet again in person for your reveal and ordering session at my Dublin studio.

$200 of your session fee carries forward and goes straight toward your final order.

Prints, products, and digital files are chosen and purchased at your reveal, once you've actually seen the images and know the favorites you can't live without.

LET'S BE HONEST

You've been thinking about this longer than you want to admit.

You've scrolled past dog photographers before. Saved a post or two. Told yourself you'd get around to it. But something kept you from booking.

Maybe it felt indulgent. Maybe you weren't sure your dog would cooperate. Maybe you kept waiting for the "right time."

This is the right time. Your dog is incredible right now, and so is what the two of you have together.

"I almost didn't book because I thought my dog would be a disaster. She WAS a disaster. And the photos are the best thing I own."

- Lisa M.

REAL TALK

Your dog doesn't need to be "good" for this.

I've photographed the wigglers. The zoomers. The ones who bark at their own shadow. The ones who eat the props and spend ten minutes sniffing every corner of the universe.

Those sessions? They're usually the best ones.

I bring the treats, the patience, and the squeaky toys that make the weird noise. Your dog gets to just be a dog. That's the whole point.

Let's Get Your Dog On The Calendar

I book a limited number of sessions each month so every dog and client gets my full attention for the very best experience.

Still not convinced your dog will be a willing participant?

Here's my promise: if you're not completely happy with your session, I'll make it right or refund your session fee. No awkwardness, no hoops. I want you to love this as much as I do.
